Westpac Business Platinum Rewards card. A big reason why I got it was for the travel insurance. Good luck getting anything out of them when you have a flight cancelled and you need to buy another flight!!!! Go with another bank and card provider

Good content in general but seems hell bent on pushing the American Express cards. The offers are always "about to end", so sign up quick. I guess the site owner gets a bonus from Amex from the referrals but the constant emails on these Amex cards are getting annoying.

This site has always been super helpful to me, both with how to get the most out of my airmiles with Singapore Airlines, and best ways to earn points to convert to miles with Credit or Charge cards. Top marks and keep up the good work.

This is one og my go-to's when looking for a credit card, has lots and lots of information! The only thing that I'd like to see improved is seeing what general cards are recommended for Frequent Flyers.
For instance, when on the site I can look at a list of ALL credit cards, and it has a table of all the different earns rates, which can be quite confusing... then there's another section that's Highest Qantas/Virgin Earning Cards, which is great for those who don't care what the annual fee is.
What I'd like to see is, Best Qantas/Virgin CC Deals - where it shows what the top recommended cards are, taking into account a number of metrics (annual fee, earn rate, perks, card issuer, etc.)

I learned a lot - not being familiar with how to use points, it was a good exercise.
I do still find it a little overwhelming - the variety of schemes / choices but I am confident that as I review through the articles / suggestions I will map out a course which will suit my needs.
I have already reviewed the Credit Card sections and changed my card so I can earn more points / better focused points.

Great site with tips to help us achieve flights and upgrades that would otherwise be unachievable. I spent 3 years collecting enough flybuy points for a toaster and then with Point Hacks advice I took 3 years to get a free round the world flight. I wish I’d discovered them earlier.

i have found the info on Point Hacks excellent, sometimes complex.
But havingg said that, I guess the airlines have made frequent flyer points complex for a reason, that is to confuse the travelling public....

Sometimes the info is not displayed in the most user friendly way....

My wife and I are hoping to travel to Canada in late 2023 and I looked into Airline points as a way to reduce our costs. I use Points Hack to gain tips and information on how best to use oitns. I recently took out an American Express card based on the information from Points hack, and am now on my way to getting a free flight to Canada, and using their tips and hints believe we can do a return journey for no cost.

Very useful information provided. Has been helpful in choosing credit cards and award bookings. Keep up the airline reviews. One downside is that I have not found anyway to connect you with my own experiences on some of the airlines.

Thanks to Point Hacks I have just saved money and got amazing frequent flyer points for my car insurance.
We also now shop around for credit cards that give signing bonus points over 80,000. Our next holiday for our family of 4 will be entirely on points!

Great initiatives and points based promotions however the one we signed up for $550 gift card and 120000 points routes back to anz and after lengthy delays on phone around verifications both personal and product i have to say very frustrating dealing with these people.
It would be good if there was some human contact along the way to simply welcome and give some initial verification?

Pointhacks is free and gives great tips for how to maximise the points you earn and the value you get when you spend them. I was wasting so many opportunities for points until I started reading the points hacks emails. Now I'm a points guru and we're on the way to free business class airline tickets to Europe.

Have been learning heaps on this website! Managed to book Qantas business class seats through American Airlines website to fly within Australia and that too for one-third of the price on Qantas website!! Thank you Points Hacks for all the tips and guides :)

I have used this site to research how to accumulate and redeem frequent flyer points and also how and when to purchase points from airline offers.

Have used this site to evaluate credit cards offers in the market.

First of all I have never seen any points hack of somewhat in Australia let alone in Sydney. I have tried to get flights with points hack to get some really good deals turns out it's not used in Australia. Mostly used in US and all the European countries. We Australians don't exists for these hacks. I would really consider if you have such great deals and products to motivate people to respond positively I recommend that you make it clear to what your about what services you provide and how Australians can access this points hack. It's best we get the best services rather than constant emails and nothing that is irrelevant to our airlines in Australia. What should be done is providing this hack fares available make it clear how to purchase hack fares or collecting points to access future travel. Especially through the covid crisis its been challenging to recieve great discounts for all classes in the airline industry, Especially for business class more needs to be done. I would like to see if my feedback means anything to this organisation and if it does give us or myself an opportunity for great varieties of discounts but also allow in challenging times like now with the covid 19 times to have accessibility to getting hack fares at great prices Especially in Australia Sydney.. thank you

This is a company with a tried, trusted and proven track record in assisting Frequent Flyers in their endeavours to use and earn FF points. Their advice and information on flights, airlines, credit cards and experiences can be invaluable in planning a trip using either points, money or both. They have served me very well at a time when I was unable to book rewards flight internationally myself.
